This is Vingu. No, his name doesn't mean a thing, it's just derivate of 'Pingu'. As the second plush penguin in my private penguin military he has been hanging around quite a while and has became one of my favorites. Vingu also kept the title of my smallest penguin for long time and he still remains one of my tiniest plush penguins.
