This really tiny fellow – and by tiny I mean about three inches tops – is nicknamed Speedy by very obvious reasons; he just looks like that either he is running really fast or just fresh out of a wind tunnel.

As for the image, this is one of those occasions I really amazed myself. I started working on it around 10 PM deciding to do a quick Photoshopping job and ended up with one of the best Weekly Penguin wallpapers to date. Or perhaps it's just the overwhelming cuteness of the subject.
