Almost an year ago we bought a birthday card to celebrate TAGAP's third anniversary. Coincidentally last Friday I was browsing through greeting cards at a local mall and noticed there was a new card in the same series. This time it's not to celebrate TAGAP – we have something special in store for that occasion – but there's always room for partying penguins!

Like the previous one, this card is also from Hallmark Cards by artist Kristi and distributed by Paletti. This time the card says: "Party on and rev up!" and continues inside with "You only live once, so go for it – Happy Birthday!"
