Just very recently I received a fantastic birthday gift from Ted Lane from Massachusetts, USA. A pen-friend of my mother's, he had just retired and joined an art class. While he was wondering what on Earth should he paint first, my mother naturally suggested 'a penguin'. Yes, it runs in the family by this point, but I'm the Patient Zero. Anyhow, Mr. Lane did just that and here is his artist debut, Spotted Penguin in acrylic.
Thank you, Mr. Lane – the painting will be on my wall as soon as I figure out how I can hang it without drilling some extra holes.
