Welcome to (drum roll) the 400th Weekly Penguin!

I banged my head against the wall thinking what kind of treat should we feature for the occasion. Then it occurred me that the best way to celebrate the penguin milestone would be with a classic penguin scene – and it doesn't get much more classic than an Emperor Penguin with his/her chick. As with so many plushies in the past, this was again a flea market discovery that had its wash and brand tags removed, so I have no idea where these two come from. Still, they make a great celebratory feature!
