First of the second 400 Weekly Penguins is this tiny plastic figurine. While it is done in a style and scale similar to those legendary Schleich figurines, it's not part of the series. I actually have no idea what set this one is a part of, if any; only markings this fellow has is giant 'CHINA' on its back. Coming to think of it, I'm not even sure what species of penguin it is. But it is a penguin, no doubt, and that's all that matters!
