On-the-road Weekly Penguin! This is yet another 'item genre' first – a vintage wind-up tin toy! Only marked as MS295 penguin, I can't tell for certain if this is faux retro or proper vintage, but I'm just happy to get to display this cute bugger.

I discovered this waddling metal penguin on a trek half-way across Finland in a lovely place called Vintage Rusty Cafe. In addition to being a great and atmospheric cafe, most of the vintage stuff on display is on sale. Two flippers up!
