This tiny, tiny Blue Penguin comes from, you guessed it, Feltmeupdesigns. It was a product of the another 'Make a 100' Kickstarter for a 100 needle-felted birds. If that sounds familiar, that's because this project was a sequel to a previous one, from which we got a King Penguin.
