The week that started with World Penguin Day continues with the trusty old Weekly Penguin – and this time it is the return of penguin plushies! This lovely pair of an adult and its chick is made even more cute when you realize the chick doubles as a squeaky toy.

Sadly I have very little information on these two. It is flea market discovery again and the washing tags are so worn out I can't ready any of it. I do know these two are based on a species of banded penguins. I can't tell which ones exactly due to the simplified cartoonish patterns, but that doesn't make this mystery pair any less adorable.
