Another tiny penguin whose manufacturer is a mystery. It is small, but not small enough to be an Easter Egg toy (unless we're talking about those ostritch egg sized ones, obviously). I like the design, standing on an ice slab. It's such a natural way to make a stand for a penguin figurine.
